COC Connect // Cranberry Salad

Posted: 11/17/2020 | Author: Kerri Thomas for Creatives On Call | Tags: Creatives On Call News

4 c raw cranberries

1 large orange [peeled]

1 red apple [cored]

1/4 c sugar

1 c diced celery

1 c chopped walnuts

6 oz Raspberry Jell-O

The night before::

Put fruit through a food processor. Add sugar and let stand overnight in the fridge.

The next day::

Stir fruit mixture.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Cool until it starts to set. Add fruit, celery, + nuts. Pour into greased mold (bundt cake pan) and let the Jell-O finish setting.

This is my all-time FAVORITE holiday side. I'd argue to say it's also my mom and sister's favorites as we all go in for seconds and fight over the leftovers.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Happy Holidays!
