Welcome To Our Cincinnati Office Working Space for Associates
We’re excited to have you on board in our new office space which is open to our associates and clients. In addition to the open studio area which has many options for working, we also have two private offices for use of our creative community as well. Feel free to grab a coffee, tea, water, and let us give back to you, our community!

Map & Directions
When you arrive at the office please follow the steps below to check in.
- Step 1: Approach the Check In Kiosk and tap to check in
- Step 2: Select “Creative Check In”
- Step 3: Enter email address and full name
- Step 4: Sign the Covid Check- In Agreement to confirm that you are symptom free
- Step 5: Confirm confidentiality agreement for working in space
- Step 6: Find a comfortable spot and get to work
This space is a gift from Creatives On Call to the creative community, so we ask that associates and clients use it as such, with care. Please clean up after yourself, abide by the Code of Conduct & COVID-19 guidelines, and respect the staff that is working there. We ask that if you want to listen to music, that you please use headphones so as to not disturb other creatives or Creatives On Call staff.
Please know that by entering the Creatives On Call office, and signing in, you are agreeing confidentiality with any information you may hear or see while at the office regarding Creatives On Call’s strategy, internal work, and clients.
Visitor COVID-19 Precautions
We are excited to be able to share our new space with our community! Since moving into this new Cincinnati office, we have been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to open our doors and allow for more people to use our space! With that being said, we wanted to ensure that we are following all safety guidelines and demonstrating all safety precautions.
Safety Precautions that will be taken within the office space:Social Distancing
We ask that everyone keep a distance of six feet from one another, when possible. Certain workspaces will be unavailable, and limited seating will be available to attempt to keep everyone socially distanced.Mandatory Mask Requirements
Masks must be worn within common areas, unless eating or drinking. Additional cloth masks will be available in common areas, in case you need one.Increased Sanitization and Cleaning Routines
Hand Sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be available throughout the office. Please wipe down any surfaces around your workspace when finished using them.Check-In Requirements and Symptom Tracking
Each person entering the office space will be required to check in daily. This check in will include a symptom survey to ensure that anyone experiencing symptoms associated with the Covid-19 virus are not permitted to use the shared workspace.Limited Capacity
We are fortunate to have a large space that can accommodate a large number of people. We will be tracking closely how many people are working in our area at a given time. If we reach a number that becomes unsafe and does not allow for social distancing, we will limit entrance to the workspace.
