We are seeking a creative that can concept, develop and execute innovative and integrated digital experiences? You must know design is critical and crucial to the success of any project. This job requires a candidate with killer designs skills who knows great design is more than just pretty pictures. It requires a candidate that understands that knowing the clients business objectives and goals is essential to everyone’s success. This position requires the candidate to be both hands-on and high-level. You’ll need to craft concepts and creative that gets everyone excited. You’ll work with existing Account and Production teams on multiple projects and collaborating across multiple disciplines in a cross-functional environment. You’ll inspire the teams develop a sense of collaboration, value, respect and enthusiasm, in order to open creative doors and empower innovative risk taking across all production environments. This employer wants you creatively engaged with their existing Art Directors, Writers, Motion Graphic Designers, Interaction Designers, Web Developers, Account Managers and clients. Finally, you must be able to present, communicate, and sell your work to a room full of picky clients. Again, this is a hands-on opportunity. No sitting around concepting and directing - - you’ll be involved in doing the work. This is a great job at a long established southern agency. It’s a fun environment to work within and requires a little bit of travel (less than 15 days a year). QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5+ years experience in an agency or working directly for a nationally recognized consumer brand. • At least 3+ years experience within a digital agency • Experience with multiple brands and verticals. • Experience interacting directly with clients and a track record for developing strong working relationships, eliciting client vision & direction, and presenting & selling creative concepts. • Experience creating and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns. • Hands-on, pitch-winning creative and persuasive presentation for new business development. • Ability to translate business and brand goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated digital or integrated experiences. Talent and Experience: • Passion for innovation. • Creates solutions; not problems • Strong working knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, online advertising, mobile/tablet/apps, and the creative process • Strong command of the digital space with awesome design and envious concepts • Ability to leverage online ideas and technologies with traditional mediums to create full, 360-degree campaigns • Comprehensive awareness and interest in new platforms, browsers and technologies for the digital channel(e.g. Flex, Ajax, tablets, mobile, Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, etc.) and related mediums and constraints • Comprehensive awareness of social media channels and user engagement Creative Management: • Manages the Creative Team billable hour goals • Manages the Team time-tracking entry and accuracy • Manages the Creative Team task updating and statues • Promotes continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability • Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills • Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based upon short and long-term needs • Directs all phases of creative work from concept through production • Responsible for mentoring and leading junior creative staff through critique of their work to maintain consistent creative quality and award winning work • Manages the creative staff, as well as helping to review staff members' performance along with the Creative Director • Ensures creative scope, schedule and budget are accurate • Ensures high quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables. • Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members’ project work. • Facilitates and orchestrates contact between account creative team and client. • Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications. • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on budget and schedule • Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear direction to others • Professional and graceful under pressure and tight deadlines • Demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure • Respectful and clear communicator • A good sense of humor
