A young and dynamic marketing and communication company, which is specialized in Word-Of-Mouth (WoM) marketing: a new and fast growing marketing medium is looking for a Campaign Manager. Pay is $25-$36/hr. Via the Online community, they activate and invite consumers (Ambassadors) to participate in WoM campaigns. During these campaigns, the consumers can test, evaluate and share their experience with friends or family. By using these techniques, this improves the brand awareness and also provides some consumer insights that are useful for our customers. The company is active in Europe, Latin America and recently opened an US office and it has run already several campaigns for customers such as Procter&Gamble, Unilever, Henkel, Nestlé, etc. In order to further support the US growth, they are looking for a talented and dynamic Campaign Manager. Responsibilities: In this function, the individual takes responsibility for a full WoM campaign (from ‘a’ to ‘z’) in direct contact with several customers. The tasks per campaign are: • 30% Project Management: planning, timing and resource management • 30% Creation/production: management of online/offline content, create packages, etc • 20% Account Management: feedback and following up with the customers (media agencies, specific customers) • 20% Insights follow-up: follow-up of the reports made by the Ambassadors and translate them into interesting insights on the brand of the customers Profile: • Experience as Account or Project Management (2-5 years within a Marketing/Sales role) • Possibility to combine a creative mindset with organization and an interesting look @ World • Clear writing skills and ability to transfer complexity to simple and clear outcomes • Commercial and Entrepreneurial ‘spirit’ with ability to work independent • Interest in working for a start-up and bringing positive energy to a dynamic and fast growing organization • Plus is speaking Portuguese and English with notion of Spanish. • You are willing to invite Marketing people into a ‘back to basic’ innovative marketing technique.
