Cincinnati Agency is hiring Senior Social Content Specialist for WOMM team to focus on content planning within social on large-scale and multi-faceted campaigns. This position has a focus on social content & campaign planning and activations across all major social platforms. Prior hands on experience in social is a must. The Senior Social Content Specialist will also need to demonstrate an ability to create tactical plans that align with their client's strategic goals and can support and present those plans to internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives • Work closely with the Social Director and team to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time and on target • Stay ahead of relevant social trends and educate team, agency and clients alike • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and educate team • Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc. • Brainstorm/ideate around program executions/campaigns • Ensure consistency of messages across multiple platforms • Work with the creative team to complete client deliverables • Conduct and manage ongoing blogger outreach/key influencer programs on the behalf of clients • Create social media reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and monitoring results; prepare metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs • Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance results • Serve as key day-to-day contact for brands and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Manage relationships with vendors and other partners on behalf of the client • Conduct research and create materials to support general business development opportunities • Strong presentation skills

Requirements

Experience & Skills: • Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Communications • 3-5 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing with solid understanding of Paid and earned Social media • Previous client experience working on social media programs as well as executing word-of-mouth campaigns (including blogger/influencer outreach programs) • Must be a self-starter coupled with the ability to continually follow up with team members • Must be curious with the need to learn and take the initiative to find answers • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels will be critical • Must be able to handle multiple, competing priorities while meeting deadlines, managing risk, and troubleshooting problems • Track record for providing education and thought leadership • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills • Agency experience preferred Qualifications  • Superior listening skills and creative problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective presentation skills • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude • Knowledge of and experience with an expansive list of social media tools and platforms • Acute attention to detail and superb time/ task management skills • Efficient and effective multi-tasker • Can effectively execute against multiple priorities (internal and external) simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
