Their marketing department is growing and they are committed to delivering an exceptional digital experience for its clients and users. The Sr. UX/UI Designer will work on the Digital Experience Team to push them to best understand customers and address their needs.
As the Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will lead all UX design initiatives for the public digital marketing channels including web, social and mobile. You will bring your expertise to the forefront of all projects and identify opportunities to conceptualize, develop and execute creative solutions in the digital space.
-Learn and understand the brand identity to appropriately create innovative designs and functional solutions for project needs
-Create interaction models, task flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, site maps, etc.
-Lead, implement and analyze research efforts such as interviews and usability tests
-Facilitate client presentations, status meetings, team input sessions
-Communicate closely with leadership teams and relevant business units
-Strong online creative portfolio
-Proficient in wire-framing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.
-Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
-Experience creating customer journey maps
-Ability to communicate with crossfunctional teams and tackle multiple tasks at once
