We are hiring an Account Manager with deep experience coordinating and managing large-scale tradeshow events. Our client, a B2B manufacturer, will have trade shows in Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Chile and other countries in LATAM and will need some support handling logistics.

We are seeking someone that can communicate with the vendors and internal corporate clients to help contract the best promotional packages [ie sponsorships, pre and post-show activities,etc] to get the brand in front of the right people. Because we are supporting shows in LATAM, we are seeking Spanish and/or Portuguese-speaking candidates only at this time. Having some logistics (import/export) experience is also beneficial.

It's also imperative that this person knows the Latin American market. 

Responsibilities

Communicate with various organizations and associations

Coordinate trade shows, events, conferences

Identify who is responsible for partnerships

Account management - doing events inside these countries

Discovery work that you need with these associations 

+ Limited marketing and design work
