Are you a seasoned Brand Strategist with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? Do you have a sweet spot for confectionary products and a knack for elevating brands to the next level? Creatives On Call is looking for a dynamic individual like you to join our team on a contract basis and help drive brand excellence for our clients.

As a Contract Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients in the Food & Beverage industry, especially within the confectionary segment. Your mission will be to provide strategic guidance, creative insights, and industry expertise to help our clients build and refine their brands. You'll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive growth and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes within the Food & Beverage, specifically confectionary, industry.
  • Collaborate with clients to define brand objectives, positioning, and long-term vision.
  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that encompass messaging, visual identity, and consumer experience.
  • Create actionable recommendations and roadmaps for brand development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry, with confectionary experience being a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer insights, and emerging industry trends.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
