Northern Kentucky agency seeking a Customer Service Representative Consultant to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative Consultant, you are responsible for providing sales support and coordinating job flow through the company. REQUIREMENTS - Work as a team with the sales person in planning the job to service the clients. - Reviews all incoming jobs and obtains job specifications from sales person or client. - Schedules planning meeting with production. - Offers creative, constructive ideas and suggestions pertaining to incoming work and discusses alternative ways of producing jobs for quality and cost-effectiveness. - Determines due date. - Prepares job for production. - Writes up job ticket. - Informs sales if actual production of job deviates from the original plan. - Handles calls from customers. DURATION - This is an on-going contract role with the option to go permanent. - Historically, contracts have lasted 12+ months and have converted to full-time. HOURS - 40+ hours (all overtime is paid 1.5 times your hourly rate). - Onsite in the Florence office.
