Digital Marketing Designer
Our client is looking to add a full time Digital Marketing Designer to their talented design team. The right person will be able to stay abreast of pop culture licenses, social media trends, and be able to work in tandem with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to work against release calendars. Using their creative know-how and pop-culture savvy, the Digital Marketing Designer will deliver top notch digital marketing assets against tight deadlines. This member of the expanding team will also be able to balance their wealth of imagination with the organization and attention to detail necessary to create unique visual communication that adhere to licensing guidelines.



Responsibilities

A Day in the Life

·        Utilizing licensor and brand style guides, creates digital assets for B2C and B2B websites, B2C storefronts, graphics for social media channels, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, newsletters, motion graphics, and other needs that adhere to company and brand guidelines.

·        Creates support graphics for customer-specific digital and physical seasonal product presentations.

·        Generates design elements to supplement provided licensed style guide materials.

·        Researches and applies graphic, fashion, pop-culture trends, and digital marketing trends to daily output.

·        Participates in design critique meetings.  Clearly communicate with production and approvals staff to design within specifications and in order to achieve desired final product.

·        Conducts research to gather design, verbiage, and/or marketing ideas for licenses we have or are pursuing or are viable to our product line

Requirements

Must Haves

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

·        3+  years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated success in the field, including a broad knowledge of social media and web UX/UI output

·        Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·        Experience in designing graphics for email campaigns and social media marketing


Nice to Haves (strong emphasis put on this)

·        Simple animation and video editing

·        Licensing and pop culture experience

·        Graphic design experience within the retail apparel industry non-exclusive to freelance

·        Experience in designing graphics for email campaigns
