Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the Marketing technology & analytics expert. This role supports marketing initiatives in the digital space – CRM administration, website maintenance, SEO optimization, analytics & reports, etc.
Responsibilities
Serve as the technical administrator for the marketing technology stack – CRM, website, analytics, marketing automation, SEO tools, digital advertising- monitor, identify implement and maintain best practices, technology, analytics and automation solutions to improve customer experience, facilitate seamless internal operations and optimize marketing performance.
Ensure CRM supports marketing and business needs, such as, overseeing cross-functional account settings, documentation and training, data hygiene and enrichment, process management (e.g. automation, lead handoff), and providing day-to-day support and issue resolution.
Monitor, forecast, analyze, and report on performance and optimization opportunities of strategic marketing efforts and their ROI, and communicate results to the marketing team and leadership. Maintain visual dashboard and tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Set up tracking and testing from “first impression” to completed sale by compiling various data sources.
Maintain SEO health across digital platforms (website, social media, etc.) by monitoring rankings for priority SEO keyword list and communicating recommended improvements to Marketing Team. Monitor SEO trends and deliver insights and recommendations to marketing team to inform content development, etc. &
Requirements

Marketing analytics management, data visualization, reporting, and ROI analysis from multiple marketing data sources (Google Analytics, Social Media, etc.) including tracking and multi-attribution reporting.

CRM and Marketing Automation Tools

WordPress Website Administration with ability to read and edit HTML and CSS

Google Marketing platform: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.

SEO and PPC Search campaign monitoring and optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Analytics or a relevant field/experience.

3-5 years of progressive and relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, marketing operations or related field.
