We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Strategist/Manager to provide oversight of all digital marketing channels for our client, including management and optimization of the firm’s website SEO and SEM initiatives. As an integral part of this team, you will collaborate with Marketing team members and business line leaders on the strategy, management and execution of a variety of digital marketing tactics, including email and lead nurture campaigns, social media, paid (PPC), SEM and organic (SEO) search, webinars, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience developing successful lead generation programs, exhibit a passion for technology and analytics, and demonstrated the ability to think strategically.


-Understand business goals, identify overarching content themes and collaborate with business line partners to develop integrated digital marketing plans that align and support those themes
- Set up, test, build and deploy digital marketing strategies to drive lead conversion and asset flows
- Implement inbound/ outbound campaigns utilizing email marketing, website, SEO/SEM, social media, display, webcasts, etc. Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels
- Manage firm’s B2B and B2C email strategy, and craft editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve digital marketing strategy by capturing and analyzing appropriate data/metrics, and use analytics to interpret trends, optimize results and enhance future campaigns
- Develop a data-centric approach to measure performance and drive results. Collaborate with data/business intelligence team to develop agreed upon KPIs for programs
- Run ‘what if’ analysis on conceptual marketing and sales strategies


-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a business-related discipline; MBA is a plus
-Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience; financial services marketing a plus
-Must possess a strong desire to build relationships and work with key members of multiple departments throughout the organization to accomplish common objectives
-Champion and implement best practices for digital marketing, testing and optimization
-Experience in web content management, UI/UX and landing page development
-Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources and draw sound business conclusions
-Familiarity with CRM and CMS platform environments
-Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and Adobe Creative Suite products preferred
-Strong experience with digital marketing metrics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other search technologies preferred
