We are hiring a Digital Product (Marketing) Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of omnichannel tools to connect and engage with potential consumers. It is essential that this person understand persona development in order to understand the consumer's buying behaviors in online/e-commerce platforms. The Digital Product (Marketing) Manager will be part of the Guest Experience and Merchandising teams that is focused on creating omnichannel, consumer-focused shopping solutions that drive business objectives and support our wholesale retail storefronts. The DPM will have the opportunity to shape the industry by delivering unique consumer experiences that enhance brick and mortar interactions and deliver true omnichannel shopping journeys. The role is best suited for a self-starter with creative and CX expertise and a passion for seeing the insights through the data. You see the consumer journey not for what it is, but what it could be; you are comfortable creating a vision and working through the strategy and the tactics to bring these key initiatives to life. Ideally you'll have proven experience in the following: * Development of Social Brand Launches * SEO / Paid Search * Organic Search * Establishing a Consumer following BEFORE the buy and instilling brand trust AFTER the buy. This is a brand new position on this team and will be required to assume tactical responsibilities initially. Strategic skills will be needed once the digital presence is further established. This position is onsite in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

- Manage and elevate digital omnichannel presence - Develop Digital Content program that mirrors championed in-store experience for customers - Develop a full Retail Technology Strategy with near term opportunities and long-term roadmap - Utilize data, metrics and insights to drive creative decisions and demonstrate ROI

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience developing / managing digital solutions - Passionate about working with other businesses and partners to solve their specific challenges while putting customer trust and experience first - Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love - Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions - Ability to successfully work across a range of teams including Merchandising and Marketing. - Exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability. - Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies - Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm.
