We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content across various mediums in the aerospace and defense industries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design trends, and the ability to translate concepts into captivating visuals that align with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and produce engaging visual content, including but not limited to: digital graphics, illustrations, infographics, logos, banners, social media assets, and print materials.
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly layouts for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Generate original concepts and present design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create and edit artwork.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and contribute to creative strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Understanding of aerospace and defense industry terminology and concepts a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
