We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content across the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years in healthcare graphic design, a keen eye for detail, a passion for design trends, and the ability to translate concepts into captivating visuals that align with our brand's vision.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and produce engaging visual content, including but not limited to: digital graphics, illustrations, infographics, logos, banners, social media assets, and print materials.
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly layouts for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Generate original concepts and present design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create and edit artwork.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and contribute to creative strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer in the healthcare field (across the industry), with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively, and translate them into polished designs.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms, with a solid understanding of file formats and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to both internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work meticulously to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Animation and video editing skills are a bonus.
