We have an immediate need for a full time control role as a Human Resource Communications Copywriter to help plan and execute employee-facing news, communications and internal campaigns to support our client's initiatives. In this role, the Copywriter will collaborate with senior HR leadership, marketing, public relations and internal resources to help develop and communicate.
You must bring a solid understanding and appreciation of human resources to be successful in this role. In addition to HR communications writing experience, an appreciation and knack for helping to explain corporate structures and organizational alignment along with the ability to help provide communications strategy is essential for success in this role.
-Develop, write, and edit human relations content and communications.
-Develop strategic messages from senior leaders
-Ensure timely preparation of high quality communications materials including but not limited to frequently asked questions, talking points, intranet content, and blog posts.
-Plan and execute internal campaigns and design written concepts that meet human relations objectives of the organization.
-Support the content development on the employee intranet as a vibrant communications platform.
-Provide communications support to department leaders to ensure strategic and coordinated communications efforts across teams
-In partnership with the Human Resources team, create communication strategies that support employee engagement and leadership development.
-Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
-Required Education: Bachelors degree in writing, communications or another related field.
-Human Resources experience is a plus
-Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a writer or editor. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiencies in digital communications.
-Ability to work collaboratively with employee intranet and creative team members, staff, and leaders.
-Highly organized, with a strong ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Proactive, goal oriented individuals who take pride in what they do and in successfully completing their tasks
