We are on HOT PURSUIT of a Credentialing Specialist with advanced experience in using Psychometrics to analyze and develop learning documentation. This 3-6 month CONSULTING contract will require that you have 5+ years of credential development experience, a degree in Credentialing / Education / Instructional Design /Psychometrics / Measurement, ((or work experience equivalent)). This is a FANTASTIC opportunity with a technology giant looking to onboard someone with experience using testing principles and statistical concepts including experience with performance-based assessment and experience writing questions (test items) for certification exams. You'll also be asked to run reports and dashboards and relay the findings to the team. Manage assessment tools by designing the programs, assessments, and exams.* You'll also be asked to monitor the quality, performance, consumption, and value of the programs and assessments AND identify new ways to drive the overall growth of the certification program for the community. Must have the ability to read and understand technical documentation, research and develop personas based on a technology or features/functionality, and write, analyze, and edit technical test questions and other materials for clarity. Have experience with testing principles and statistical concepts including experience with performance-based assessment and experience writing questions (test items) for certification exams. Understand and lead Cut-score methodologies and analysis Manage the end-to-end exam development and be responsible for the quality of the content developed. Review exam performance and in-service analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Test Toolbox, Webassessor, Pearson, and other exam development tools. Google Docs, Slack, and Quip is a plus**)
