Creatives On Call is hiring several Instructional Writers for Technical Applications for a large enterprise client! This role will involve rewriting content for new training courses in a new voice and tone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem, excellent written and verbal communication and extensive, proven writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite and edit raw content, including writing, storyboards, and media assets and work with the team to ensure final delivery meets instructional design templates and guidelines for trainings.
• Facilitate and manage authors and subject-matter experts to ensure the creation, development, and instructional design of quality content.
• Manage revision from start to finish including timeline for each.
• Performs Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, evaluates all deliverables for conformance with Quality Assurance policies and procedures, applicable standards and conventions, specifications, and style guides.
• Developing learning assets that reinforce expected performance and are usable on the job.
• Assist in the content development process and work closely with managers and production staff, while working with trainers and subject-matter experts as needed to ensure delivery of quality curriculum.

Requirements

• Strong instructional, content writing experience
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Articulate Rise, a plus
