Omni Channel Strategist
Project Assignment | Remote
Our client is in need of an Omni Channel Strategist to immerse themselves in the healthcare industry, observe, analyze and deliver a compelling content strategy.
This position is fully remote, estimated 30 hours a week from now until the end of January.
Responsibilities
Key Deliverables:
- Assessment of Existing Referrer Engagement Strategy Audit and evaluate current referrer digital engagement strategy and in-market tactics, including (but not limited to): Media plan and historical analytics reporting.
- Review Touchpoint map Referral process
- Review customer journey Content strategy Proto-personas
- Developed content and tactics
- Context strategy, including the timing of messages, the devices that are used to engage with content, etc. (TBC by Client) Includes Twitter (level of engagement with a platform at various times of day and days of the week, topics of engagement), CRM email, and Doximity (Client to confirm/add detail about the data for each channel)
- Deliver 25 slide PPT deck outlining gaps, opportunities, and outstanding questions based on the audit of current deliverables Healthgrades 360 patient data (pending Client’s receipt of data) Identify any gaps/opportunities within the current user/customer interaction experience that Client can improve on, including the ongoing process for persona optimization.
- Facilitate 2-hour workshop with the Client team to review audit output
- Have 1-hour call with Healthgrades to understand patient data (if needed)
- Have 1-hour meeting with KlientBoost
- Have 1 hour meeting with H&L (timeframe pending media plan alignment) to review and discuss questions on the media plan
Assumption: The client will provide data segmentation, personas, and all other existing assets and strategy documents in a timely manner to Agency prior to this phase beginning.
Assumption: Client will receive/provide Healthgrades 360 patient data to Agency Agency may identify changes to deliverables, budget, timing, or approach depending on the output of the audit.

Requirements
Knowledge of using and searching on Twitter, CRM Email, Doximity.
Facilitation workshop experience
Experience with client-facing conversation and managing external resources
