Creatives On Call is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Contractor with a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food Manufacturing industries. Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in project management to oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects within the CPG and food manufacturing sectors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge to identify potential challenges unique to the CPG and food manufacturing sectors and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise reports on project health, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.
• Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues and proposing innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, resource management, and reporting.
