Creatives On Call is seeking a talented Content Specialist II to collaborate with our financial and insurance services client's in-house creative and strategy teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create captivating content that informs, engages, and delights our target audience(s) across various channels. From sales enablement tools to presentations, advertisements, direct mail, event support, newsletters, and more, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional content.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, conceptualize, and compose innovative content that supports marketing strategies and creative briefs.
  • Translate complex ideas from multiple sources into engaging stories for the intended audience(s).
  • Collaborate with Senior Content Specialists, Associate Creative Directors, and stakeholders to achieve defined objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and creativity.
  • Proactively manage deadlines in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to elevate our brand strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products and services being marketed across distribution channels.
  • Pitch creative concepts to in-house customers.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience producing advertising copy across multiple channels, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Ability to simplify complex, highly technical financial concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Iterative and feedback-driven approach to writing, testing, and editing copy.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with technology tools such as Workfront, TFS, Jira, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on journalism, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, as well as investment products and services.
