Creatives On Call is looking for the next Senior Digital Customer Experience & Engagement Associate for one of our clients digital E-commerce teams. In this role you will be have to bring a personalized focus with a touch of marketing with the digital customers interactions that happens on many of the social media sites, websites and more. You will represent one or more of the clients brands across the different mediums to be the voice of those brands through thoughtful responses. The digital team is growing so be prepared to wear many hats with this job.

Responsibilities

- Assist with Q&A and write the feedback across the different platforms
- Execute welcoming messages through the digital shoppers, prospects via chat, social media, SMS, 1:1 email and other digital communication methods
- Retain knowledge of all the brands for this client to be able to field different questions
- Address negative consumer concerns with positive communication and helping them make the negatives into a positive
- Work closely with leadership to help roll out different customer experiences through different digital platforms
- Ability to find high quality content to push through the clients digital platforms and assist with third party platforms
- Work with direct reports
- Must be a team player and can work individually
- Experience with digital marketing landscape, blogger and influencer marketing

Requirements

- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge working with different social media platforms
- Working with national brands via their website, social media and more
- Some weekends may be required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
