We are hiring a skilled Product Communications Manager with extensive skills in developing brand communication consistency across all channels. You'll be responsible for communicating brand positioning, differences, new feature updates, etc for product launches. 

This role will be responsible for defining, deploying, and monitoring the communications plans set across a multitude of platforms including but not limited to: PR, marketing collateral, in-store materials, packaging, social media, digital ads, and broadcast. 

You'll work hand in hand with a media team to ensure A/B testing to target audiences pulls successful ROI metrics. You'll be charged with leading multiple projects like this at any given time - so organization is key. 

You'll be asked to manage external agency of record partnerships as it relates to communication plans executed by your strategic plan. This will include managing goals, developing briefs, leading strategic meetings, and reporting back to the team on reports and metrics. 

This role will require being onsite in Lexington, KY and is a Full-Time, salaried position with our client there. 

Requirements

2+ years of team leadership experience

5-7+ years of brand management / content management experience

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (MBA preferred but not required)
