Come join our Creatives on Call team as a Multimedia Designer. This role will play a pivotal role on our team focused in the defense industry by conveying complex aerospace concepts and innovations through engaging and informative visual content, supporting the industry's objectives in education, promotion, and technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, videos, and interactive presentations, that effectively communicate complex aerospace concepts, technologies, and products.
• Leverage expert level powerpoint presentation design background to develop quality aerospace and defense presentations. 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create storyboards, scripts, and narratives for multimedia projects, ensuring accurate and engaging content that aligns with aerospace industry standards.
• Technical Illustrations: Produce technical illustrations, schematics, and diagrams that simplify intricate aerospace engineering and design concepts, facilitating comprehension for both internal and external audiences.
• Motion Graphics: Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations to illustrate aircraft and spacecraft functionality, aerodynamics, and system operations, enhancing training materials and marketing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia materials align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity, conveying professionalism and reliability in the aerospace industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical writers, and marketing professionals, to gather input, share progress, and refine multimedia projects based on feedback.
• Adhere to aerospace industry-specific security protocols and regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive aerospace data.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven motion graphics design experience.
• Expert level Powerpoint presentation design experience. 
• Experience in aerospace and defense industries. 
• Will work hybrid to gain an understanding of client industry.
• Professional dress when in office.
• 7+ years of related experience
•  Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Some experience/knowledge of motion design (AfterEffects, PremierPro)
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white
• space, and color theory
• Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics
•  Excellent visual design skills in addition to enhancing them with motion, if needed.
•  Must be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
• Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across
• diverse, global teams.
