Creatives On Call is hiring a creative Graphic Facilitator for a large enterprise technology client! In this role, the Graphic Facilitator will be responsible for real-time visual note-taking through hand drawn illustrations and simple words during a C-level executive meeting. This project will be on-site in Orlando, FL on December 13th-14th. 

Responsibilities

• Visual note-taking during a C-level executive meeting in order to assist with strategic planning
• Draw content summaries, maps and strategies for real-time brainstorming and idea generation
• Ask probing questions when needed to assist with idea generation, team alignment and strategic planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic facilitation
• Proven experience in creating visual graphics for meetings to support C-Level Executives and Senior Leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to graphically document a meeting through drawn illustrations and words while maintaining brand standards
