We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to drive brand recognition, cultivate high-quality leads, and spearhead targeted marketing and sales initiatives of diverse complexity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our wealth business by fortifying existing client relationships while also attracting potential prospects.
- Conceptualize short and long-term initiatives congruent with the company's growth strategy, particularly regarding brand awareness, lead generation, segmentation, and channel management.
- Strategically develop and execute marketing campaigns through both digital and traditional channels, continuously experimenting with novel strategies to enhance marketing capabilities and insights into distinct target demographics.
- Foster transparent communication of decisions, priorities, and pertinent information to pertinent stakeholders within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal working groups and external vendors as necessary to co-create campaign journeys, marketing collateral, and special projects.
- Facilitate the launch and promotion of new services in existing markets and geographical expansion areas, including the creation of marketing materials to support sales interactions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as delegated.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in wealth management and/or investment management sectors.
- Experience in the development of high-net-worth client relationships is advantageous.
- Profound expertise in marketing and communications, encompassing the ability to craft compelling marketing copy for campaigns and promotional materials.
- Proficiency in sales strategy support, with a comprehensive grasp of the sales process.
- Competency in content management systems and customer relationship management workflows to seamlessly execute campaigns and funnel leads to sales.
- Capacity to blend strategic campaign planning with efficient delivery and execution.
- Self-motivated and organized self-starter endowed with meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at managing concurrent priorities.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, adeptly navigating and motivating within the organization and across various teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and a robust team player possessing excellent written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
