Content Graphic Designer
Temporary Assignment | 12+ Months | Onsite | MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO
Responsibilities
- Design and produce under direction from the Lead Creatives in both Art Direction and Visual Production—designing within brand standards and bringing your own ideas and creativity across a variety of platforms and under strict deadlines with multiple collaborators. - Design and update existing designs for brochures, retail signage, invitations, flyers, and other marketing collateral materials and prepare materials for print. - Incorporate outside ideas and make necessary edits to existing artwork while maintaining accuracy and consistency on all projects in design and copy. - Assist with in-house photoshoots for social media. - Support tasks beyond design including file & asset organization, printing and creating mockups, developing production guides for photoshoots, creating production ready files, and sending files/assets to company associates. - Communicate seamlessly with external partners like printers, vendors, pre-press agencies, photographers, and photo-retouchers on deliverables, deadlines, and direction while sharing necessary information to key internal stakeholders. - Supports printing and packaging production including file uploads, reviewing print proofs, print production, color work and pre-press. - Work within a project management software daily to update project status, upload artwork for team review and obtain project information.Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field with 1-3 years of experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. - Proficiency for imagery and web work in Photoshop. - High proficiency in Illustrator for packaging/signage work only. - High proficiency for layout design in InDesign. - Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. - Apple/MAC user.Desired Skills
