Creatives On Call is hiring a Part-Time Digital Associate to join our team and provide vital support for a new client. The ideal candidate will have experience with website CMS, content updates, and email creation. This is a three-month contract starting in April, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week. Availability during the week of June 26th is essential due to staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site reviews, page builds, and content updates
• Work on backlog of update projects
• Help build and design Client promotional emails (content will be provided)
• Utilize CMS (Sitefinity preferred) for building and laying out pages, editing content, and uploading files/links
• Perform basic HTML editing and image editing tasks, such as sizing, cropping, and optimization
• Learn and master new technologies quickly
• Collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams and Office Suite

Requirements

• Proven experience with content management systems (Sitefinity CMS preferred)
• Basic HTML editing skills
• Basic image editing skills – sizing, cropping, optimization
• Ability to learn and master new technologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive communicator – not afraid to ask questions and follow up
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Technical and analytical thinker
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office suite a plus
