We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with experience leading campaigns from concept to deployment (and reporting) within the Healthcare space. 

This is a full-time, salaried position that will require being onsite (hybrid) in St. Louis, MO. 

As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for crafting marketing communication campaigns that help maintain and build brand awareness throughout the St. Louis metro area. Platforms you'll be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships with will include digital and outdoor advertising, broadcast, print, and social media.

Having a strong background in content writing is a must to be successful in this position. You'll be the voice behind monthly e-newsletters, social media content, landing pages, print marketing collateral, annual publications, press releases, and more. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy and facilitate the local entities’ plans in coordination with marketing and strategy teams.
• Manage media buying and define the strategy for the region and how the local entities will connect with the regional strategy.
• Track the marketing budget and collaborate with public relations and accounts payable to ensure budget expectations are on track.
• Monitor regional campaigns and track progress in CRM tool and adjust as necessary
• Monitor ROI on all plans and report to leadership.
• Provide professional development for employees and provide annual performance assessments to better enhance the team.

Requirements

* 7+ years of professional Marketing experience

* 2+ years in Marketing Leadership
