An exciting opportunity is available within a Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible to support the Product Development Team in our go-to-market efforts.

We are looking for a creative individual to join a  company that is known for identifying, sourcing, marketing, and distributing products that are on-trend, functional, and have a broad appeal. They deliver quality products and programs at the highest value. Branded and private label. These products can be found in the largest retailers. Our primary product categories include housewares, storage/organization, health/beauty, impulse, and automotive detailing accessories.


This role will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, international teams, and contract manufacturers as growth initiatives are pursued.

Perform all graphic design needs for product, packaging, and marketing development.

You will collaborate with Product Developers to understand their new consumer product, the use, the features, the benefits, and the target customer. With this insight, you will then create compelling graphical layouts and designs for the product and packaging. Packaging is pivotal to the success of any item – it must capture the consumer's eye and quickly “tell the story”. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creating vector repeats and patterns for textile projects 

Preparing approved assets and graphics for print production (including photo editing, proofreading, color accuracy)

Review and compare all print proofs to final artwork files

Maintain creative standards for all projects 

Maintain brand uniformity for private label projects

Assist product development with the creation of marketing assets including images for sales

Presentations and formatting images for customer requirements


  • Highly proficient on a Mac using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience in designing patterns/repeats in Illustrator design files to be print ready
  • An excellent design sense proven through your portfolio
  • An organized self-starter
  • An inquisitive problem solver with a creative flair
  • A team player 
  • Written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to develop and maintain
  • Effective business relationships within and outside the company
  • Aesthetic package design 
  • Production and printing art files
  • No industry experience is needed.
  • 1-2 years professional graphic design experience 
  • BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related degree preferred but not required
  • Managing deliverables and timelines while working on multiple projects 
  • Photography experience a plus

Hybrid Work Condition – in the office Mon thru Thursday, home on Fridays

Reports to Product Development/Creative Manager
