Healthcare Marketing Consultant
Permanent Assignment | Full Time | Both Onsite & Remote | St. Louis, MO




We are hiring a Marketing professional to work with and alongside the business development team and communications teams to develop and implement marketing/communication plans for numerous healthcare offices throughout the St. Louis metro area.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager. This is an onsite/hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), as the information required to work with may be of sensitive nature.
Responsibilities

Oversee the creation of public-facing University Hospital-specific marketing materials by partnering with Creative and Digital Services.

Identify opportunities to promote the brand, culture and spirit through event planning and other creative measures.

Coordinate with PR colleagues to ensure proper alignment between marketing and PR strategy.

Contribute to the implementation of the system marketing plan by tailoring broad initiatives to market needs.

Oversee digital and direct mail campaigns, while observing campaign fulfillment by leading efforts to generate prospects and deliver on ROI.

Track the success of initiatives via CRM and continually demonstrate improvement.

Support business-to-consumer, business-to-employer, and business-to-physician marketing objectives with quantifiable results.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business (with a focus on marketing) or related field.

Minimum of five years of experience in marketing/communications or related fields. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Active experience developing campaigns within a customer relationship management platform and monitoring/interpreting/reporting campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Experience developing effective marketing strategies through various digital platforms.

Team-oriented and recognizes that marketing, digital services, communications, cause marketing, and public relations are highly integrated into the marketing paradigm. Commitment to close collaboration in planning, program development, and measurement.

Proven success in building, implementing and tracking an integrated healthcare-related marketing plan.

Ability to think and execute under challenging pressures and time constraints.
