Do you want to help transform the health industry and lead an innovative crowdsourcing initiative? Then we have the role for you! Our multinational Fortune 100 Client would like to welcome a Sr. Project Manager to their team. This position will lead the crowdsourcing initiative, SPARK, and become the tool owner for the software platform it operates on. You can expect to be responsible for daily activities such as consulting with executives and business owners around their strategic needs and formulating related innovation questions, and leading crowdsourcing projects from inception to completion. You will also be collaborating and supporting project teams within system configuration, marketing campaign materials, communications, and reporting.

Other activities include maintaining the Pilot tracking and follow-up software tools, and owning the vendor relationships for related software platforms.


-Responsible for Crowdsourcing IT Tool and platform and the implementation process
-Identify the business need, defining and implementing improvements in the methods, standards, and processes including solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality
-Work closely with users to identify operating procedures in order to better clarify program objectives
-Work closely with business leaders to create Innovation challenges to strengthen the program


-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
-5+ years of related experience and 1-2 years of business solutions experience with high complexity, multiple large application business processes.
-Experience in managing complex, cross-organizational technical programs.
-Experienced in implementations within the entire IDLC (Infrastructure Development Life Cycle) including the introduction of new technologies as well as the retirement of technologies and services.
-A well-rounded background in IT disciplines such as software development, operations, infrastructure.
-Full understanding of how an IT Service Management works within a complex IT shop.
-Expert with Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS-Office Suite.
-Previous Crowdsourcing experience preferred
-Experience in product development and operational efficiency projects a plus
-Ability to work closely with external consultants from selected vendors
