Lead Manager/CRM Administrator

Reviewing Applications

Responsible for maximizing internet and social media marketing results as well as regular communication with our existing customers.

Responsibilities

Load internet leads and prospect data to CRM.
Report on conversion of leads by sales person weekly
Report on sales YOY trends
Cleanse system files
Monitor keyword and organic lead generation
Implement email campaigns
Manage social media
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience with CRM systems such as Sage preferred.
Exposure to keyword marketing
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
