We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to play a key supporting role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This position will provide support for a variety of ongoing projects, including content creation, analyzing marketing campaigns and web page analytics, copywriting, social media, and seasonal promotions, among others.

Responsibilities

* Work directly with the Business Development and Marketing Manager on upcoming marketing campaigns and initiatives

* Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

* Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

* Aid in the creation, execution and analysis of e-mail marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and Google Analytics

* Address member inquiries and provide follow-up emails and phone calls regarding partner products

* Regularly add and update CRM data

* Serve as a liaison to clients and staff with inbound inquiries

* Coordinate events and meetings logistics

Requirements

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations or other related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

* Proficient MS Office Products with some advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions

* Ability to work on multiple projects in several different marketing disciplines simultaneously

* Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve existing processes

* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics

* Proficiency in email marketing software such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.

* Proficiency in social media platforms

* Strong writing skills are required

* Experience with a CRM (preferred)

* Ability to interact in a professional manner

Additional Information

The ideal candidate is a do-er and self starter that is comfortable leading themselves in a small department. Some design experience required!
