Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to sell? Our local events and design firm is seeking a full-time Sales Person in the company’s Saint Louis headquarters. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of three years of sales experience and will possess the superior interpersonal skills required for working in the luxury design industry.


3-5+ years of professional selling experience required with a successful track record in prospecting and building a new territory/market
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
Ability to consistently fill a pipeline with qualified prospects
Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team and support company goals and sales objectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks
Must feel comfortable and confident selling in a luxury market
High energy, able to function well in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable talking to and communicating with a variety of clients
A mind for continuous education and process improvement
Ability to learn quickly and think analytically
Interest in stationery and graphic design
Active listening skills and extreme attention to detail
Familiarity with HubSpot
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Additional Information

This is a permanent position that pays salary with bonus based on sales goals
