We are seeking a collaborative, talented, and motivated Graphic Designer to support one of our Aviation Clients.  You will be responsible for developing visual concepts from provided briefs, version existing templates, and creating new visual assets across varying mediums. This role requires an imaginative self-starter and nimble individual who can operate within the framework of our brand and style guidelines to produce assets and collateral that expertly communicate and represent the company's brand. The Graphic Designer will work across several projects and departments, taking direction from the Sr Brand Manager and working closely with the Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals and designs based on project specifications across varying mediums including, but not limited to: website, email, social media, printed materials, advertisements, signage, sales collateral, corporate presentations, and templates
• Create a library of editable and replicable branded templates for email, social media, web, sales collateral, and signage
• Work within the structure of the company's brand and style guidelines to maintain brand consistency, but also innovate within this space and create fresh, original designs that support larger campaign goals
• Grasp the communication challenge for each project and design client-centered visual solutions that meet the objectives of the creative brief
• Understand the company's customer and design strategically to inform, drive action, and effectively communicate unique selling positions. 
• Making recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate
• From the onset of every project or request, ask appropriate and clarifying questions and work efficiently to deliver assets within requested, variable timelines

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of design software including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• The ability to create GIFs is a bonus, but not required
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating a range of designs and client work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
