A Colorado-based faith organization is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist to help them manage all aspects of their online advertising, including social media, search engines, websites, mobile application, etc. from strategizing, testing to executing in order to generate traffic with the goal to increase digital and physical attendance.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns to generate traffic and brand awareness
-Work collaboratively with leadership to develop the digital marketing strategy; planning, execution refinement, and analysis, by leveraging consumer insights
-Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts including PPC, display advertising, SEO, website, paid social, and more.
-Manage the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of online marketing campaigns.
-Evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and develop creative and innovative solutions for new customer acquisition.
-Strategize, design, and execute A/B testing campaigns and report results.
-At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
-Proven ability to conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns holistically including channel, ad creatives, landing pages, purchase experience, ad performance and customer lifetime value analysis across one or more of the following channels: email, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords & display, Instagram, YouTube, affiliate networks, etc.
-Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, including Google Adwords.
