The UX Designer is a creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for designing great user experiences and interfaces. The UX Designer is capable of working through all stages of a product journey, from initial scope and concept to product deployment. This person will primarily be expected to create a delightful user experience for our consumers by performing the duties below:

What the Job is:
-Create high-level user flows for the agreed-upon use cases/scenarios for submitter and reviewer/approver roles.
-Manage the process of styling and designing user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Create pixel-perfect and styles/standards aligned design artifacts for corresponding wireframes that have been vetted through user research
-Create wireframes (mid to high fidelity) that support Work Management including Alerts, Notifications, Tracking, Action steps, etc.
-Create clickable prototypes (using the created wireframes) representing a variety of work management experiences to be used for conversations with project partners and usability testing
-Present design concepts, including mockups and prototypes, to internal and external stakeholders to obtain user feedback and make design modifications as appropriate.
-Conduct usability testing in order to see how users interact with products and improve the product based upon the results.
-Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand user experience and recommend prototype and iterative designs based on user workflow, expectations, and experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Visual Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
-5+ years of computer science, design or related experience.
-A portfolio that demonstrates experience designing usable interfaces and interactions
-Experience with prototyping/design software (such as Axure, Sketch)
-Ability to autonomously and continually improve the quality of our products
-Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
