Our client is a global team, they manage UX for NAM & LAC regions and provide design thinking and innovation services to clients – this includes UX research & testing, rapid prototyping via 5-day and 2-day design sprints, and enterprise innovation program support. Their team is made up of UX researchers & designers, video & motion graphics artists, product strategists & facilitators, and project managers.


The UX Designer is a creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for designing great user experiences and interfaces. The UX Designer is capable of working through all stages of a product journey, from initial scope and concept to product deployment. This person will primarily be expected to create a delightful user experience for our consumers by performing the duties below:


  • Creation of high-level user flows for the agreed upon use cases/scenarios for submitter and reviewer/approver roles.

  • Creation of wireframes (mid to high fidelity) that support Work Management including Alerts, Notifications, Tracking, Action steps, etc.

  • Creation of clickable prototypes (using the created wireframes) representing a variety of work management experiences to be used for conversations with project partners and usability testing

  • Creation of pixel perfect and styles/standards aligned design artifacts for corresponding wireframes that have been vetted through user research


Must Have: strong Mobile UX Designer with strong Visual Design skills

  • Ability to map out user flows and create wireframes as well as high-fidelity, visually striking experiences
  • Ability to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively under pressure (our design team delivers full clickable prototypes (50+ mobile screens) in one week for the 5-day sprints, or in two weeks for the 2-day sprint)
  • 80-90% of our work is mobile-first, so needs to have experience designing for mobile


Should Have:

  • Foundational knowledge of User-centered Design and Design Thinking methods and best practices – we are a consultant in this space, so needs to be able to, at a minimum, understand concepts as they come up
  • Client/presentation skills – we work closely with Mastercard clients, many are C-Suite level, so should have appropriate presence and presentation skills when meeting with clients and presenting work

Additional Information

  • 50% thru end of the year, with option to increase and/or extend if needed
  • All remote/WFH (travel could be an option at some point, pending pandemic status)
  • Our client is in the midst of transitioning from Sketch to Figma as our primary design tool, and they also use InVision, Microsoft Office  and Adobe Creative Suite.
