The Videographer/Editor will be part of an exciting Digital Marketing team whose objective is to maximize our impact in the digital space and increase lead generation and overall engagement levels. This role will work collaboratively with our Video Producer to conceive, plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, high-impact videos, as well as support the overall team with various digital campaigns and projects in our global, multi-stakeholder company. For a candidate to be considered, an online portfolio must be provided.
Manage video productions from start to finish, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
Produce well-lit, well-composed, and engaging videos in line with brand guidelines, such as videos for marketing, branding, promotion, technical instruction, and maintenance.
Shoot and capture commercial-quality footage using DSLR and/or Cinema-style cameras and lenses in a video studio and at various onsite and offsite locations.
Operate and maintain cameras, jib booms, tripods, audio recording devices (on-camera and hand-held), lighting, and other related equipment.
Develop scripts and storyboards that deliver the company’s target messaging and value proposition.
Work under tight deadlines, prioritize issues, and manage concurrent assignments.
Possess a confident, responsible, motivated demeanor with a team-first attitude.
Bring new ideas to the table and suggest enhancements and/or improvements, but also follow procedure and current shooting and editing styles.
Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
This position requires work to be performed onsite at our corporate office and does not provide for working from home offices.
An associate’s degree, or higher, with an emphasis in Videography, Film, Cinema, Digital Media, or a similar field is preferred.
Two or more years of experience in shooting, editing, and producing videos required.
Candidates must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. of equipment.
Relevant, proven experience with each essential duty and responsibility above is required.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere is required.
Proficiency with Macs and macOS software is required.
Candidates with the ability to create motion graphics and visual effects—using software such as Adobe After Effects—will rise to the top of the consideration list.
The ability to work both independently and on team projects is required.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
Great attention to detail is required to proof materials for quality control.
