Our client is in search of a Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will be working closely with the Account Managers, Production and Creative teams to help keep the workflow going through the organization smoothly. The ideal candidate they are looking for is someone that is a quick learner, able to manage multiple projects at once, great written and verbal communication skills and organized.

Our client is looking for someone to do research for their business while holding contractors accountable to work being delivered. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be able to cipher through resumes and select noteworthy candidates for possible interviews. 

Part-time Opportunity (20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal teams such as the Account Manager, Production Artist and Creative Team

• If needed, work with external partners such as venders

•  Ability to track the job from start to finish

• Write up job tickets

•  Collect all data files and artwork as needed

• Some recruiting
